On March 21, 2025, The HKCCCU Logos Academy proudly held the Establishment Ceremony of the Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong 422nd Company, co-organized with our partner church, C&MA Lam Tin Alliance Church. This marks the historic launch of the school’s very first Christian-based uniform team, representing a significant milestone in our campus ministry.
The 422nd Company consists of 26 members, with 13 students each from DS1 and DS2. Since January 2025, the team has been gathering every Saturday morning, alongside parent fellowship meetings, strengthening the bond between families and the school community.
The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong is founded on the mission of expanding God’s kingdom among young people, while nurturing obedience, devotion, discipline, and self-respect to build a Christ-centered character. Its motto, drawn from Hebrews 6:19, proclaims: “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.”
Principal’s Address
Principal Dr. Richard Lee emphasized that the establishment of the 422nd Company is not only a new chapter in the school’s ministry but also an integral part of holistic education. Through the training and fellowship of the Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong, students will grow in faith, character, and discipline, while learning teamwork and service. Dr. Lee expressed the hope that members will stand firm in their faith and become a light and salt to the school and society.
Ceremony Highlights
The ceremony was graced by teachers, parents, and representatives from our partner church, all gathered to witness this historic occasion. The students, dressed in their uniforms, participated in the flag presentation with dignity and enthusiasm, creating a solemn and inspiring atmosphere. Parents also actively joined, standing alongside the school to support the growth of their children.
The HKCCCU Logos Academy firmly believes that the establishment of the 422nd Company will provide students with a platform for holistic development, fostering a culture that values both faith and character, and laying a solid foundation for the growth of our youth.
