"National Constitution Day" flag-raising ceremony and speech under the flag

The Primary Division held a flag-raising ceremony on November 29, 2024. During the speech delivered beneath the flag, it was announced that December 4 is designated as "National Constitution Day," highlighting the connection between the Constitution and the Basic Law. We hope that students will cultivate an understanding of and respect for both documents.
