Building Foundations: Team Building for Transition Years
Our DS4 students, in their first year of secondary education, participated in carefully designed team-building programmes. These activities successfully fostered camaraderie and strengthened their sense of belonging within our school community, providing essential support during this important transitional phase.
Expanding Horizons: Diverse Learning Pathways
Students across junior and senior forms engaged in a wide spectrum of meaningful activities tailored to their developmental needs:
- Service Learning and Social Awareness
Through immersive experiences including Hearing Impairment Simulations, Elderly Experience Suits, Wheelchair Navigation, and Cardboard Collection activities, students developed profound understanding of social issues facing marginalized communities. These powerful experiences cultivated deep empathy and social responsibility. - Academic and Professional Exposure
For MS3 students, educational visits connected classroom learning with real-world applications through Accounting Firm Tours, E-commerce Studies at K11 Musea, Mai Po Nature Reserve ecological research, VTC Pharmaceutical Studies, CLP Power Station visits, and Cultural Heritage field studies. These experiences provided valuable insights into various professional fields and academic disciplines. - Skill Development Workshops
MS1 and MS2 Students participated in diverse workshops encompassing Design Thinking, Chinese Medicine, Coffee Art, Cosmetics, Dessert Making, Pet Grooming, Photography, and Healthcare studies. These sessions offered platforms for creative expression and competency development beyond conventional curriculum boundaries.
This thoughtfully organized event reflects our school's commitment to holistic education, providing age-appropriate experiences that equip students with essential knowledge, skills, and social awareness for their future development.
