Guidelines on Application for Foundation Stage One (Primary One) Admission 2025-2026

  1. All children who have the right of abode in Hong Kong and were born on or before 31 December 2019 are eligible to apply for admission to 2025-26 Foundation Stage One (Primary One) of our school. The Mechanism of School Net for Central Allocation does not apply to our school.           
     

  2. The annual tuition fee for 2023-24 FS1 is currently at $28,600 and is collected in 10 instalments. Adjustments of tuition fees for 2025-26 may be processed according to the procedures stipulated by the Education Bureau.          
     

  3. Eligible families may apply for fee remission through the Fee Remission Scheme of the school (including those from families receiving the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) and students receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Finance Office (SFO)). All applications will be kept confidential and will not be used as parts of criteria in the selection process.   4. Two identical On-campus and Live Broadcast Briefing Sessions (Admission Talks) in Cantonese will be held.           
    Session 1: 6 April 2024 (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.)           
    Session 2: 6 April 2024 (2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

  5. We accept online applications only. The deadline for submission is 30 April 2024.

     

  6. An application fee of HK$ 75 will be required for each applicant. You may pay by credit cards or PayPal. Only paid applications will be processed. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.       
     

  7. All applicants will be invited to participate in the first interview on 25 May 2024 (Saturday).   
     

  8. Shortlisted applicants will be notified of the time and venue of the second interview by email accordingly.        
     

  9. Personal data provided in this application will be used for admission application and other admission-related purposes. Personal data of unsuccessful applicants will normally be destroyed 12 months after rejection of the application.   
     

  10. In 2025-26, we plan to have six classes in FS1. Successful applicants who decide to accept our admission offer will not be allocated any Primary One place through the EDB’s Primary One Admission System.   
     

  11. Please ensure your email address registered for this system remains valid throughout the whole application period.   
     


Appendix

Determination of eligibility and the Level of Fee Assistance

The basic calculation of the (AFI) are as follows:

AFI = Gross annual income of the family*÷ (Number of family member (Remark 1) + 1**)

* For the annual income of unmarried child/children residing with the family, 30% of the income is used.          
** For single-parent families of 2 to 3 members, the ‘+ 1 factor’ in the formula will become +2.

AFI = ($ 140,000 + $ 98,000 + $ 70,000 × 30% + $ 10,000 – $21,000) ÷ (4 + 1) = $ 49,600.

Remark 1: The member of a family normally refer to the applicant, his/her spouse, unmarried child/children residing with the family and the dependent parent(s) who are supported by the applicant and/or his/her spouse.

Remark 2: Include: Contribution from children not residing together (including money or contribution of housing / water / electricity / gas or other living expenses), relatives or friends, Rental income of property, land, carpark, vehicle or vessel, Interest from investments, fixed deposit, Alimony, Pension (excluding lump sum retirement gratuity), Widow’s & Children’s Compensation and others.
